The Rose Garden, a swanky new cocktail lounge, will be opening in Downtown Phoenix in the US Bank Building early this summer. Josh and Chiara Katz and Maurice “Moe” Murillo of TruColor Concepts, the owners of Sip Coffee and Beer and 36 Below, are the owners and visionaries behind the new concept.
“On behalf of myself and TruColor Concepts, we are very excited to add another brand to our portfolio of coffee bars and upscale cocktail lounges. It has been our vision to have a strong presence in the community of Downtown Phoenix and to provide another unique experience for the local community and visitors,” said Josh Katz.
The Rose Garden will immerse guests in a lush garden atmosphere designed by House of Form. Crafted around a concept dubbed “Beauty in Jealousy,” in which a rose garden and a handsome peacock compete for the attention of admirers, the design will reflect grand displays from both. The 1800-square foot indoor-outdoor space will have 85 seats and an expansive patio.
The cocktail program is being developed by “The Right Thing To Do” and will feature inventive floral and instagram-worthy drink options. The craft cocktail driven menu also will offer local beer and wine options, as well as light bites.
The Rose Garden is an upscale cocktail lounge located at 101 N. 1st Ave. in the US Bank Building in Downtown Phoenix. It is owned by Josh and Chiara Katz and Maurice “Moe” Murillo, the owners of Sip and 36 Below.
