Polsinelli announced that the firm’s Phoenix office has signed a lease at The Esplanade, a premier office campus in the city’s Biltmore neighborhood. The new office, located in Esplanade II at 2525 E. Camelback Road, Suite 800, will encompass more than 17,000 square feet and accommodate over 50 attorneys and professional staff. The target move-in date is Q1 of 2027.
“We are proud to continue reimagining our offices across the country to better support how our teams work and connect,” said Chase Simmons, Chairman and CEO of Polsinelli. “Thoughtful design and modern amenities play an important role in fostering in-person collaboration and strengthening the connections that drive our client service.”
The Esplanade is situated along the Camelback Corridor, one of Phoenix’s most sought-after business districts, and offers direct access to a range of dining, retail and hospitality options. The campus includes amenities such as lounges, a fitness center, golf simulator and multipurpose meeting spaces, and is connected via walkway to the Biltmore Fashion Park. The firm’s new office is expected to emphasize modern design elements with shared access to natural light and spaces designed to support in-office collaboration.
“Relocating our office to The Esplanade places us in a highly desirable, centrally located setting that is well suited for our team and our clients,” said Phillip P. Guttilla, Phoenix Office Managing Partner. “Just as important, the space reflects our culture of collaboration, bringing our people together in a modern environment designed to strengthen teamwork and enhance how we serve clients.”
Keyser, a nationally recognized, full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm, served as Polsinelli’s broker in connection with the relocation.
Polsinelli has moved into new office spaces in several locations across the country, including most recently in Dallas, where it became the first AmLaw 100 firm to establish an office at Old Parkland, and in Philadelphia, where the firm doubled its footprint shortly after opening its first office in the state.
