The Toy Barn, a locally-owned family business founded by Wesley Development Company LLC, has been providing Valley residents with a unique way to store their “toys,” from hots rods to classic cars, boats and RVs since 2010. After the success of Toy Barn’s first community at Peak View, Toy Barn continued to expand and will have opened a total of eight locations by 2026, featuring seven hundred thousand square feet and 543units, making them the leading developer in the desert southwest of luxury garage condos.

There are currently seven complete Toy Barn storage communities located at Peak View, Lone Mountain, Lone Mountain North, Chandler Airpark, and two at the Scottsdale Airpark. Toy Barn will open a new location this fall at the Chandler Airpark North and one in Dove Valley in 2026.
All Toy Barn units feature minimum 20-foot ceilings and come standard with air conditioning, sewer and water, electric, and overhead lighting, have Wi-Fi capabilities, and offer an array of opportunities for personalization such as added loft space, built in wet bars, restrooms and unique flooring and paint colors.
Each Toy Barn features gated security for the campus. Each location also has a beautifully designed clubhouse with lounge seating, kitchen space and communal gathering areas for socializing or hosting private events. The Lone Mountain location also offers a monthly Cars & Coffee event for residents, families and friends to gather and meet their neighbors, compare favorite makes, years and models, as well as be among like-minded friends.
Toy Barn units are privately owned like a condominium and governed by CC & R’s and an owner’s association. Prices start in the high $300’s and vary with size and location. Garage bays at both the new Chandler Airpark North and Dove Valley locations are now available for purchase.
