Kind Hospitality — the restaurant group specializing in presenting elevated dining experiences with a portfolio of 52 locations across well-recognized favorites such as Macayo’s Mexican, Food, Panera Bread, O.H.S.O. Brewery, Native Grill & Wings, Fazoli’s and more — announced its first West Valley Fazoli’s location and its third in the metro Phoenix area is now open. Fazoli’s Glendale, located at 5825 W. Peoria Ave., opened June 25 and is already showcasing some high demand.
Known for its delicious breadsticks, Fazoli’s Glendale location has sold 66,467 breadsticks in the first three weeks of being open — that’s just over four breadsticks for every minute the restaurant has been open.
“In a little over a year, we’re proud to have opened three brand-new Fazoli’s in Maricopa County with local franchisee Kind Hospitality,” said Gregg Nettleton, president of Fazoli’s. “As a veteran franchise partner of sister brand, and Phoenix’s own Native Grill & Wings, they truly understand the local restaurant space and the community’s needs.”

Fazoli’s Glendale celebrated its grand opening on June 25 with a traditional ribbon cutting and a day of giving for local charity Hope Community Services at an exclusive VIP preview. In the spirit of service, Kind Hospitality, operator of Fazoli’s Glendale, matched every dollar donated to the charity.
The donation will be used for Hope Community Services’ farm property in the West Valley, where the organization provides children and young adults with equine and other animal-assisted therapies.
Singam stated the partnership with Hope Community Services will be ongoing and include monthly catered meals from Fazoli’s Glendale location to serve the organization’s staff, including therapists and other dedicated mental health professionals, as well as its youth groups.
Since 1988, Fazoli’s has been committed to serving quality Italian food, fast, fresh and friendly. From unlimited signature breadsticks to freshly prepared pasta entrees, the chain prides itself on serving high-quality menu offerings, all at an affordable price.
Fazoli’s had a presence in northern Arizona in the late 1990s, which is where Singam first discovered and fell in love with the concept. Since then, he has continued to follow the brand and has been particularly impressed by the concept’s evolution, response to consumers’ ever-changing dining habits and dedication to menu innovation. In 2022, Singam partnered with Fazoli’s CEO Carl Howard to initiate a massive westward expansion of Fazoli’s.
Fazoli’s Mesa Riverview was the brand’s first street-side location in the state under the Kind umbrella. Fazoli’s opened in Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport’s Terminal 4, serving as the brand’s first segue into the airport market. The Phoenix Sky Harbor, Mesa Riverview and Glendale locations are just the start of what Singam intends for the growth of Fazoli’s throughout the valley — and beyond.
Fazoli’s Glendale is open Sunday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
