Center Court Pickleball Club, a locally owned premier indoor pickleball club, announced the expansion to its fourth Valley location with a new 35,000-square-foot club opening summer 2026. The Scottsdale company signed a lease for the former Big Lots space at Scottsdale Fiesta Retail Center at Loop 101 and Shea Blvd, providing convenient access for Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Fountain Hills residents.
Construction began in February, creating more than 100 construction jobs and 25 to 50 permanent positions once the facility opens. Center Court Pickleball Club’s new location at 10220 N. 90th Street will feature 13 courts with an enhanced focus on optimizing player experience. Center Court serves athletes with facilities in Scottsdale, Glendale, and Gilbert, and offers multi-club membership options as it continues growing its presence.

The new Scottsdale location will serve dual purposes as both a premier pickleball destination and the company’s headquarters and training center. This multipurpose design creates opportunities for local and national businesses to host training sessions, corporate events and team-building activities while maintaining the exceptional playing experience that defines Center Court’s brand.

Center Court thanks Brian Gast at Velocity Retail Group, who helped broker the lease at the Scottsdale Fiesta Retail Center. Cresa’s Project Management Division is managing construction, headed by Clune Construction, and Corgan for design and architecture.
Center Court Pickleball Club welcomes new players and currently offers newcomers the ability to play for 30 Days for $30. All clubs offer free open play daily, which eliminates the need to coordinate players and reserve courts. Center Court Pickleball Club is a member of the Arizona Pickleball Players League (APPL) and is a proud partner of USA Pickleball, including hosting Golden Ticket Tournaments to help local players earn a spot at the USA Pickleball Nationals.
