OHM Fitness announced today the opening of its third Arizona studio at Verde at Cooley Station, a brand new mixed-use development on the southwest corner of Williams Field and Recker Roads in Gilbert.
OHM Fitness offers a high-tech, high-energy electro-muscle stimulation (EMS) fitness experience that packs the benefits of an intense two-hour workout into a low-impact, 25-minute session. The Cooley Station location occupies just under 2,000 square feet and is holding sneak peek classes and pre-sales offering special pricing on memberships through Oct. 15, 2023.
“Once I tried the workout, I immediately saw a massive opportunity,” said Becky Renner, Arizona area representative and owner of OHM Fitness – Cooley Station. “I’m excited to introduce this concept to the East Valley as this workout truly is for everyone. I’ve been waiting for the next generation of fitness, something that would attract even those people who always have an excuse for why the gym is not for them.”
Upon entering the OHM Fitness studio, guests will be immersed in a high-tech fitness experience. From the wearable technology with the biometrics collected and reported on to the design of the studio and the music and lighting sequences that are synced to the pace of the workout, the OHM Fitness workout is unlike anything else in the fitness industry.
OHM Fitness – Cooley Station will host a grand opening event on Thursday, Oct. 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to sign up for memberships, learn how OHM Fitness works, its health and time-saving benefits, try the Styku body scan, and try out an OHM Fitness class. All attendees will be entered into raffle drawings and giveaways valued at $4,000, including five EMPower Suits and ten 6-week fitness challenge entries. The first 50 people in line will receive a goodie bag valued at $300.
All current members will be able to pick up their complimentary shirt and suit purchases on the day of the grand opening. It will also be the last day for 20% off the EMPower Suit and 50% off the 6-week fitness challenge that will start Nov. 1.

In addition to Verde at Cooley Station, OHM Fitness is opening a location at Desert Ridge Marketplace in north Phoenix this month, and two other studios are in development in Mesa and Peoria, Ariz. The original OHM Fitness studio in north Scottsdale has been open since June 2022.
