RED Development announced today that [solidcore], the national strength training studio known for its high-intensity, low-impact workouts on custom-built reformers, is introducing its second Arizona location at The Shops at Hilton Village with a grand opening event July 12-13.
The 2,454-square-foot studio is situated between Signature Barbershop and Slanted Rice Vietnamese Bistro, taking over the former Row House location. This new opening represents [solidcore]’s continued investment in the Valley’s dynamic fitness and wellness scene, with future locations planned.

[solidcore]’s 50-minute, full-body workout utilizes slow and controlled movements, scientifically designed to break down muscles to failure so that they build back stronger. As the lights go down and the music turns up, members are guided through a high-intensity, low-impact workout that will have them feeling stronger by the first song change.
Each class is held in a sleek, dimly lit studio with energizing music that helps eliminate distractions and keeps participants fully focused on their movement. With small class sizes and individualized attention from coaches, the experience is designed to challenge individuals at all levels while fostering a supportive community. Classes include STARTER50 for those looking to learn the fundamentals, FOUNDATION50 for those who have the basics down and are looking to master their form and SIGNATURE50 for those seeking the signature experience and want to push the limits.
