GenTech, a community tech hub known for providing personal tech support and STEM education programming, has partnered with Balsz Elementary School District to introduce its industry-standard STEM education program at David Crockett Elementary School. This award-winning program includes a curriculum on the latest technologies, such as AI, computer programming, and robotics.
GenTech instructors will be on campus at David Crockett Elementary School four days a week, teaching students in grades kindergarten through 5th. The program offers hands-on lessons in cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence, computer programming, and robotics. Students will work with state-of-the-art equipment such as advanced robotics, microcomputers, and CAD software. Each class allows students to progress from basic concepts to advanced applications over the course of the one-year program.

GenTech provides STEM program participants with cutting-edge tech equipment and a curriculum focused on preparing kids for the future, taught by highly trained instructors who have been trained in safety, class management, teaching pedagogy, and instructional best practices.

GenTech’s STEM program is currently utilized in over 300 classrooms and community centers throughout the Valley, providing schools with a cost-effective and sustainable approach to teaching critical STEM skills. In addition, GenTech offers afterschool programs on Wednesdays and Fridays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at its storefront, 402 E Greenway Parkway, Phoenix, Arizona 85022.
