Vantage West is expanding its reach in Arizona with the addition of three commercial banking team members. This move will allow businesses and real estate developers to leverage more resources including financial advice, guidance, and other credit union advantages to help fuel their business growth.

Don Chamberlin, Vice President and Commercial Sales Manager offers more than 25 years of banking and leadership experience, from large financial institutions and credit unions. He brings with him a wealth of experience in commercial lending, appraising, underwriting, and loss mitigation. Chamberlin holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Indiana University.
Ryan Ferguson, Commercial Relationship Manager brings more than 20 years of banking and finance Industry experience from credit unions, community banks, and large commercial banks. He has served in various capacities including commercial loan officer and portfolio manager. Ferguson holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree of business administration from the University of Phoenix.
Blair Tarver, Commercial Relationship Manager has a background in banking that spans more than 20 years in commercial banking, having worked as a relationship manager and team lead. He has a successful track record in structuring, negotiating, and managing complex credit relationships. Tarver holds a degree in Economics from East Texas State University and a master’s degree in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management with a focus on finance and Latin American studies.
