JoJo’s ShakeBAR is bringing its modern take on the classic diner out west as they are set to open a new location in The Scottsdale Quarter in Summer of 2023 (June/July). The announcement comes as a continuation in the plan for the Chicago-based business to expand, bringing their over-the-top milkshakes and diner classics to people across the country.

JoJo’s ShakeBAR is a next-generation restaurant and bar, and Scottsdale Quarter’s next go-to spot for hangouts, first dates, and family affairs. Grounded in nostalgia, JoJo’s ShakeBAR will leave kids in awe and transport adults back to simpler times with its 80s/90s-inspired details, like arcade game tables and a walk-up window for shoppers & visitors on the run.

“We’re really excited about opening up a JoJo’s in Scottsdale,” says JoJo’s Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Robbie Schloss. “Being able to open not only in a different state, but a completely different part of the country is a big milestone for us, and we are super excited to show the west coast how over-the-top milkshakes and classic diner fare are done!”

JoJo’s ShakeBAR, which first came to the scene in 2019, has captivated children and adults with their delicious diner food, larger-than-life milkshakes, and nostalgic decor that bring out the kid in everyone. The concept – inspired by Schloss’ childhood memories and named after his daughter – is designed for guests to enjoy life’s playful moments with families and friends. JoJo’s three locations in Chicago have been smash-hits, drawing in hundreds of visitors each day, and they are hoping the new Scottsdale location will do the same.
