Mendocino Farms, a California-born fast-casual concept, is opening its first Arizona location in Gainey Ranch on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The Scottsdale opening marks another milestone in the brand’s continued expansion, bringing its signature “Eat Happy” experience to one of the Valley’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
The new Mendocino Farms offers a welcoming space for everything from quick lunches and casual dinners to group gatherings and catering orders. Guests can enjoy the brand’s bold, fresh flavor combinations made with high-quality ingredients, all served in a warm, community-driven environment.
Guests are invited to celebrate the opening by signing up for My Mendo, the brand’s rewards program, to receive a free entrée with any purchase. New members who sign up and select Gainey Ranch as their favorite location by February 16, 2026 will have the offer automatically added to their account on Grand Opening Day, available for a limited time. Existing My Mendo members can enjoy the same offer by updating their favorite location to Gainey Ranch by the same date.
To mark the occasion, the first 100 guests on opening day will also receive a branded tote bag filled with limited-edition swag, while supplies last.

Additionally, Mendocino Farms will be popping up around Scottsdale beginning on Wednesday, February 18 in a branded food truck, offering locals an opportunity to sample menu items and take home swag.
The menu features a mix of seasonal specialties and beloved favorites, including The Farm Club, Mendo’s elevated take on the classic turkey club; the “Not So Fried” Chicken Sandwich; and the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada, a standout for both flavor seekers and health-conscious diners. Guests can also look forward to rotating seasonal items that highlight bold flavors and fresh ingredients. Mendocino Farms’ housemade beverages are a refreshing extension of their commitment to fresh, thoughtful ingredients, with all options being both vegan and gluten-free. Bright and tropical flavors shine in the Guava Lemonade, Get Your Greens juice, and Pomegranate Mint Lemonade, to go along with Classic Lemonade and Passion Fruit Black Tea. For office lunches, celebrations, and events, Mendocino Farms also offers a full suite of customizable catering options designed to serve groups of any size.
