The Arizona-based company enters the market with a high-tech manufacturing facility in Goodyear and a mission to revolutionize commercial steel decking across the Southwest with faster lead times, superior service, and reliable all-American production and supply lines.
The company’s flagship operation, a 50,000-square-foot facility on 28 acres, is the only plant west of the Mississippi equipped with a fully automated Gasparini Roll Former machine technology, capable of switching production between four deck profiles in minutes. Now open for sales queries, with estimating launching in mid-June, the facility offers unparalleled speed, flexibility, and supply chain dependability for commercial and industrial contractors across Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, and Idaho.

This company launch coincides with a period of record-setting industrial development across the Southwest. Greater Phoenix alone delivered 34.8 million square feet of industrial space in 2024, a 7.8% increase in inventory, with another 19.3 million square feet under construction, according to Colliers. As e-commerce, logistics, and advanced manufacturing continue to drive demand, the need for responsive, high-volume suppliers has never been greater.
Next Level Decking is built to meet that demand head-on. In addition to high-speed steel decking production, the company manufactures accessories such as closure plates and pour stops in-house, creating a true one-stop shop for structural contractors. With full control over its supply chain, the company offers rapid lead times and consistent delivery performance in a segment long challenged by external bottlenecks and sourcing delays.
Bell, a second-generation steel fabricator, is no stranger to innovation. His company, Next Level Steel, was recognized as the 17th fastest-growing privately held manufacturer in the U.S. by the 2024 Inc. 5000 List and earned national attention for producing eco-friendly, super-spanning Castellated steel beams. His specialty firm Roll Former Solutions, also based in Goodyear, manufactures robust steel purlins, or support systems for metal roofing and steel structures.

The new company is backed by an elite team of seasoned professionals. Kelsey Lavicka, Senior Engineer, brings 12 years of steel deck and construction industry experience. Thomas Edwards, Sales Manager, offers more than 15 years of field experience and trusted industry relationships across the Western U.S. Frankie Almonte, Project Manager, counts more than 15 years of experience with 13 years of those years in the deck industry. Adam Snay, Estimating Manager, also adds 20 years of deck industry experience to the company.
