Placemakr, a flexible-use hospitality and multifamily platform, today announced the launch of its second Arizona location, Placemakr Tempe, Apartments by Hilton, to serve growing leisure and business travel demand in the area.
The opening builds on Placemakr’s partnership with Hilton as part of the Apartment Collection by Hilton brand, pairing Placemakr’s apartment-hotel expertise with Hilton’s well-known hospitality, global reach and Hilton Honors benefits to bring apartment-style accommodations to more travelers. Located along Tempe Town Lake, the new property will deliver Placemakr’s signature hospitality-meets-residential experience in a newly constructed luxury apartment building, combining the space and comforts of apartment living with the service, reliability and Hilton Honors benefits guests expect from Hilton.
Placemakr Tempe, Apartments by Hilton will be bookable as part of Apartment Collection by Hilton on November 2, ahead of the property opening on December 2, 2026. The flexible-living property will feature 87 studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom accommodations within Shorehaven, a new 722-unit Class-A community developed by Silverstein Properties. Guests will also have access to a resort-style pool, game lawn, clubroom and fitness center. Located at 1310 Vista Del Lago Drive, Shorehaven is minutes from the ASU campus and downtown Tempe and will also offer boutique retail, dining, entertainment and office space.
