Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced today that three of its premier Arizona communities have completely sold out, less than a year-and-a-half after opening. The communities include Farmstead at Harvest in Queen Creek, Sundance in Buckeye and Olive Grove in Peoria, Arizona.
“The rapid sales we experienced at these communities was in direct response to the region’s high demand for modern, quality housing at attainable price points in prime Arizona submarkets,” said Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing, Landsea Homes’ Arizona Division. “Over the course of the last year, buyers experienced a sudden change in their housing and lifestyle needs. In response to this market shift, we worked quickly to introduce our industry leading LiveFlex™ and Reme Halo® features so that buyers could truly ‘Live in their Element’, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.”
Farmstead at Harvest opened in July 2020, and consists of 90 single-family homes ranging from 1,939 square feet to 2,768 square feet. The community offers resort-style amenities, including a 7-acre park with a 15-acre lake, 45 acres of open space, permanent trails, a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, play pool and a gathering pavilion for the community.
Sundance opened in February 2020, and is a collection of 172 one- and two-story single-family homes ranging from 1,580 square feet to 2,624 square feet. The community features a playground and outdoor common areas, as well as close proximity to hiking and biking trails.
Olive Grove opened in March 2020, and consists of 170 homes ranging from 1,315 to 3,018 square feet. Homebuyers are close to a variety of entertaining and shopping options including the State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, Park West Shopping Center, and the Tanger Outlet Mall.
“We had specific features that were important to us in our new home, and we weren’t going to budge,” said Zach Meade, a Farmstead at Harvest homebuyer. “We wanted a home that would allow us to grow and accommodate us for 10 years or more, and that required a certain design layout to work for our family. We had no idea we would find all of that and more through Landsea Homes, but that’s exactly what happened.”
Landsea Homes specializes in creating highly desirable master-planned communities in prime locations where homebuyers integrate into the surrounding communities.
