Rockefeller Group, the U.S. real estate developer, owner, and operator, announced vertical construction has commenced on Corsica Villas at 20th St. and Corsica Villas at Euclid Ave. The build-to-rent (BTR) communities, Rockefeller Group’s first in Arizona, will deliver 152 townhome units to South Phoenix. Mosaic, a full-stack BTR development platform, was selected as the general contractor and is performing all aspects of construction for both communities.
In November 2024, Rockefeller Group and Mosaic broke ground on the two sites, which total 16.5 acres located less than two miles apart. Mosaic has completed horizontal work, including all civil improvements, and is underway on vertical construction on both sites.
“Running these projects concurrently has allowed us to optimize our operations between sites, such as leveraging a lot of the same Trade Partners, which enables everyone to be more efficient,” says Jake Miller, Managing Director of Operations, who is overseeing construction of Corsica Villas. “The communities will be coming online at a time when current local housing supply is getting absorbed. It’s been a pleasure working with both Mark Singerman and Rockefeller Group to bring more homes to the city of Phoenix.”

Our new 2-story units will have 2 & 3 bedrooms up to 1,525 square feet, many with attached 2-car garages, that we anticipate will be in high demand as they’re completed over the next 4 to 6 months.”
Mosaic recently announced the completion of their 1,000th home. Today, they have 1,650+ BTR units under construction in Arizona and Texas.
