Meade Engineering, a leading engineering firm providing a broad range of design and commissioning services, has purchased a building in north Scottsdale and will move the company headquarters once renovations are completed.
The 20,000 square foot north Scottsdale building is located just west of State Route 101 on Princess Boulevard, at 17785 N. Pacesetter Way, and sits on 1.8 acres in the heart of the Perimeter Center.
“The purchase of this building is an exciting milestone for Meade Engineering. The growth we have experienced over the past several years led us to the need for more office space,” said Johnathan Meade, CEO of Meade Engineering. “We have added 35 people to the Meade team in the past 12 months, and continue to see exponential growth as we take on new projects throughout the U.S. We look forward to moving from our current building in north Phoenix into a new space that will accommodate our larger team in the Valley as we continue to hire.”
Meade has engaged The Davis Experience, a local Architecture Firm to design and manage the renovations, which are expected to wrap up by Q4 2025.
Meade expanded its reach by inaugurating an office in Austin, Texas, in January 2024, and continues to serve clients nationwide and internationally, with a focus in Las Vegas and Atlanta in addition to Phoenix and Austin.
Meade Engineering has extensive experience in designing and implementing strategies for Mission Critical and commercial projects of all sizes. The company plans to continue to focus on supporting clients’ growth across the country.
