Nationwide Realty Investors announced that the 440,000 square-foot Cavasson East office building within the larger Cavasson mixed-use development in North Scottsdale has reached full lease occupancy.
“This is an incredible milestone for Cavasson,” said Brian J. Ellis, President of Nationwide Realty Investors. “Achieving 100% lease occupancy in an extremely tough global office market is a testament to the strength of our project. The fact that top employers and best-in-class brands continue to choose Cavasson is a clear indicator of the flight to quality trend.”
The Cavasson East office building, a key component of the 135-acre, $1 billion Cavasson development, is home to a powerhouse mix of major corporations including Nationwide Insurance, Sigma, Frontdoor, Edward Jones, Wells Fargo, Trajan Wealth, and the Major League Baseball Players Association.
Existing tenants Quantum, Osaic and AMWINS have recently expanded their spaces for a combined 48,000 square feet, bringing the building to 100 percent lease occupancy.
Designed with a focus on modern amenities and high-quality facilities, the Cavasson East building features multiple courtyards, a café with catering services, a tech-enabled shared conference room, and state-of-the-art fitness center.
With Cavasson East fully leased, Nationwide Realty Investors is now concentrating on leasing the adjacent 150,000 square-foot office building, which is prominently located along the 101 and anchored by Meritage Homes.
In addition to office space, Cavasson is expanding its retail offerings. Bankers Trust recently opened along Hayden Road next to fan favorite, PITCH Pizzeria. Salon Lofts will also join the retail mix supremely located near the Hilton Cavasson, with an anticipated opening later this year.
The Cavasson development at full completion will feature 1.8 million square feet of office space, 1,600 residences, hotels, retail, and restaurants.
John Cerchiai and Jake Annan of Lee & Associates represented Nationwide Realty Investors in the office real estate transactions. Chris Stamets and Charles Skaggs of Western Retail Advisors represented Nationwide Realty Investors in the retail transactions.
