The Mahoney Group, Arizona’s largest independent insurance, risk management, and employee benefits brokerage, is excited to announce its upcoming move to a new, modern office space in Chandler, reflecting the company’s continued growth and commitment to its people-first culture.
A move-in-date for the new office, located at 2625 W. Geronimo Place, is scheduled for early March.
The new space spans 35,198 square feet — significantly larger than the company’s existing location in Mesa — and will initially serve as home for 90 employees with room to accommodate close to 160 employees on a single floor. Nationwide, The Mahoney Group employs 250 insurance professionals. This expansion not only reflects the company’s remarkable growth but also underscores its dedication to providing a collaborative, employee-focused work environment.
Designed by the renowned Smith Group, the office blends functionality with aesthetics, drawing inspiration from Mid-Century Modern design with natural woods, organic materials, walnut veneer accents, teal feature walls, and caramel leather finishes.
In line with its people-first values, The Mahoney Group designed the new space to prioritize collaboration, comfort, and productivity. Employees will benefit from ample natural light, private areas for focus work, and meeting spaces equipped with the latest technology to streamline communication and virtual meetings.
“We are thrilled to move into a space that represents not only our growth but also our commitment to creating an environment where employees can thrive,” said R. Brad Rucker, President. “This office was designed with our team’s well-being and success in mind, and we look forward to the collaboration and innovation that will happen here.”
“We are thrilled to welcome The Mahoney Group to Chandler and our vibrant Price Corridor,” Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke said. “Financial services have long been a targeted industry cluster in Chandler, and we continue to see strong growth in this cluster throughout our community. We congratulate The Mahoney Group on their new home and look forward to building a strong relationship with them in the years to come.”
Mark Gustin, Jimmy Cornish and Emily Minnier of JLL represented Mark IV Capital in the lease negotiations. Adam Tolson of Lee & Associates represented The Mahoney Group.
“This is one of the most significant office commitments of the year along the Loop 101 Corridor,” said Mark Gustin, JLL broker. “It speaks to Chandler Freeway Crossing’s ability to meet the high standards of companies like The Mahoney Group, who prioritize location and work environment as critical factors in their corporate real estate decisions.”
