Multifamily real estate development firm, Pride Ventures, LLC, broke ground on Ovio at Sycamore Station, a new luxury multifamily rental community in Mesa, Ariz. John Giles, Mayor of the City of Mesa, Francisco Heredia, Vice Mayor of the City of Mesa, and other key community partners were in attendance.
Ovio at Sycamore Station, located at 1836 W. Main Street, Mesa, AZ 85201, will bring an additional 191 units to Downtown Mesa’s growing neighborhood near Sycamore and Main Street. As part of the community’s focus on effortless living, it is ideally located near the light rail station on Main Street. Near popular restaurants, retail shops and grocery stores, future residents will enjoy a living experience that meets their needs and elevates their lifestyle.
