Family Development, one of the country’s premier homebuilders with a multitude of projects throughout the Southwest, has begun construction on two new luxury lease communities in Arizona: Villas Litchfield Park, which will feature 153 units, and Villas Goodyear, which will feature 151 units. Both build-to-rent projects are expected to be completed in 2024.
