Phoenix-based interior architecture and design firm Phoenix Design One has completed a new corporate headquarters for Jetset Magazine and Inked Magazine. Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, the project marks a significant local investment for both national media brands as they continue grow their presence among high-end national and global audiences.
Located at 15220 N. 75th St. in the Scottsdale Airpark, the headquarters provides a purpose-built environment to serve evolving production needs, attract top creative talent and host the high-profile visitors tied to each publication’s coverage profile.
“Jetset and Inked have deep roots in Scottsdale and this headquarters ensures that the connection remains strong,” said Phoenix Design One Principal Sophia Humphrey. “Our goal was to create a workplace that supports their evolving operations, functioning at a high level for employees while making a bold statement about who they are – serving as not only an office but a curated destination.”
Jetset Magazine is one of the world’s leading luxury lifestyle publications, reaching a global, affluent readership of private jet travelers. Inked Magazine is the voice of the global tattoo culture, covering the intersection of ink, art, music, fashion and lifestyle. Both publications regularly feature celebrity talent and world-renowned artists on each cover.

The new headquarters draws inspiration from both the Jetset and Inked brands, layering hospitality-driven features with raw industrial character, and a design incorporating rich tones, blackened finishes, champagne-bronze accents, fluted glass and a mix of rough and polished stone.
The office is anchored by a dramatic double-volume center stairwell, with a cascading crystal chandelier and gallery-style display wall highlighting past Jetset magazine covers. Purpose-built spaces include open and private offices, a conference area, high-end employee kitchen, private shower room and professional photography studio concealed behind a bookcase. The office also features a state-of-the-art podcast studio with uniquely backlit acoustical panels, and a high-efficiency, dimmable LED lighting system that helps to reduce energy consumption while preserving a dramatic visual experience.
Phoenix Design One served as the project’s interior architect. Alexander Building Company is the general contractor and Threaded Studios is the architect. Forward Tilt was the furnishings consultant.
