Construction Begins on New Surgical Manufacturing Facility in Scottsdale

LGE Design Build, an award-winning, full-service commercial general contractor with an in-house architecture firm, announced they recently began construction on Fetzer Surgical in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Located at 9217 Easter Verde Grove View within the Corporate Center at DC Ranch the facility will sit at the intersection of Hidden Spur Trail and Verde Grove View. Upon completion, the 16,344 square-foot building will be used for the manufacturing and production of vital surgical equipment to be distributed world-wide.

The project is a part of the DC Ranch community located directly west of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. The vibrant residential neighborhood offers mixed amenities including retail shopping, dining, golfing and schools.

In addition to serving as the general contractor, LGEs Design Group also served as the architect of the project.

Fetzer is a thoughtful design meant to compliment the neighboring offices and industrial buildings. Following DC Ranch’s design guidelines, Fetzer Surgical will feature steel shade trellises, a sloped metal roof and earth-toned building materials. The Lobby will face East offering a picturesque view of the McDowell Mountains.

Russo added, “Fetzer Surgical is a special project that will be both visually appealing and highly functional.”

Fetzer Surgical is expected to be completed in early 2022.
