C.E. Precision Assemblies an Amphenol company, a Chandler-based manufacturer of cable assemblies and wire harnesses for the aerospace and defense industries, is significantly expanding its operations. The company recently signed a 39,757-square-foot lease at 7155 W. Detroit St. in West Chandler, nearly four times the size of its current facility.

“We have been in Chandler for 35 years and need a larger facility to meet increased demand for our products,” said Greg Brinjak, Site Director. “Continuing to grow in Chandler is important to us, and we are glad to have found a long-term home here.”

“We congratulate C.E. Precision Assemblies as they expand their footprint in Chandler,” said Mayor Kevin Hartke. “We greatly appreciate their investment in our community and look forward to supporting their continued success.”

“When a company like CEPA chooses to reinvest in Chandler, it shows a tremendous amount of trust,” said Micah Miranda, Chandler Economic Development Director. “They know Chandler is a stable, pro-business community that will be a partner in their growth.”

CEPA was represented by Serena Wedlich, Senior Vice President of CBRE. Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Haenel, Andy Markham, and Justin Smith represented the landlord. CEPA is currently submitting tenant improvement plans for the new facility and expects to occupy the space by May 2026.
