BTR Community Debuts 229 Homes in San Tan Valley

NexMetro Communities, a national leader of cottage-style build-to-rent (BTR) home neighborhoods, is opening Avilla Bella Camino, a new 229-home luxury rental community on 22 acres in San Tan Valley. The community is currently pre-leasing and will open to the public later this quarter.

Located near the intersection of Gantzel Road and Bella Vista Road, the gated community features a collection of single-level, mostly detached homes with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from approximately 690 to 1,265 square feet.
