Evergreen Devco, Inc., a leading retail and multifamily development company, opens a 258-unit, multifamily community located at 89th Avenue and McDowell Road in Tolleson.
“Parc Tolleson offers the perfect combination of contemporary design and urban touches.” said Matt Evans, regional president of Arizona multifamily at Evergreen Devco. “This 258-unit garden-style community is amenity-focused and offers residents excellent proximity to employment and retail conveniences located along the I-10 and Loop 101 corridors.”
Parc Tolleson, located at 8727 W. McDowell Rd., features a single-story clubhouse and six three-story apartment buildings with covered and uncovered surface parking spaces. Community amenities also include a resort-style pool, spa, a resident great room with billiards and shuffleboard, and a pet playground with a pet washroom. Amenities to the one, two and three-bedroom apartments include wood-inspired plank flooring, quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances.
The community is minutes away from Banner Hospital, the Tanger Outlets, Gateway Pavilions and Gateway Crossings shopping centers. Other popular destinations like Westgate, Top Golf, Yard House, and Main Event are all within a short drive.
BMA Architects LLC designed the 9.45-acre project and Scottsdale, Ariz.-based MT Builders, LLC, is the contractor. Construction is scheduled to be completed in September 2023.
