OneAZ Credit Union is thrilled to announce that Chris Flores is joining Team OneAZ as the new EVP Chief People and Culture Officer. This marks an exciting new chapter in OneAZ’s journey to build a purpose-driven culture that revolves around its collective values and aspirations.

With over two decades of experience, Chris is a champion for putting people first and serving as an advocate for associates so that everyone feels valued and cared for. Her expertise in driving associate engagement, fostering collaboration and transforming company culture will be vital for OneAZ to build the purpose-driven culture needed to thrive. She joins OneAZ from Logix Federal Credit Union in Southern California; a $10 billion institution that serves 250,000 members.

Chris earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership & Learning from Pepperdine University. She received her undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University. She holds certifications in SPHR from HRCI, SHRM SCP from the Society of Human Resources, and SWP and SHRBP from Human Capital Institute.
