To better support and engage with the African-American and Black community, OneAZ Credit Union has partnered with KAHARRIS & CO. LLC, a consulting firm that helps organizations integrate with communities and develop impactful relationships. Kristen Harris, the founder of KAHARRIS & CO. LLC, is leading this partnership to help OneAZ establish deeper connections with the African-American and Black community in Arizona.
This initiative is intended to build relationships with the African-American community in Arizona to deliver greater access to financial services, including wealth-building opportunities and financial education. OneAZ members play a role in keeping more dollars recirculating in our communities, which can lead to:
- Creating more jobs
- Investing in local small business growth
- Helping families finance major purchases
- Building financial security
