The restored Hotel Valley Ho in Downtown Scottsdale has hired Christopher Crosby as director of guest operations.
He is charged with maintaining a high level of service to ensure a fantastic guest experience, and oversees the front office, reservations, concierge, bell, valet and housekeeping departments.
Crosby supervises and trains department managers, enforces professionalism standards, delegates tasks, informs departments of new procedures, presides over department meetings, and works with the sales and reservations departments to ensure strong hotel occupancy.
Before joining the Hotel Valley Ho team, Crosby worked at other noted Valley destinations as the director of front office at the Arizona Biltmore and the director of guest experience at the Hermosa Inn.
