Seefried Industrial Properties, in partnership with WDP Partners, has broken ground on a new Class A industrial project at 1703 S. Arizona Ave. (State Route 87) in Chandler. Situated on 16.7 acres just north of Germann Road, the two-building project will add 269,100 square feet of modern industrial space to the Chandler Airpark submarket, the city’s fastest-growing employment corridor.
Building A will total 69,300 square feet, while Building B will total 199,800 square feet. Both buildings will feature 32-foot clear heights and ESFR sprinkler systems, with a combined 65 dock-high doors, four grade-level doors, 204 parking spaces and 56 trailer spaces.

Leasing and marketing efforts are being led by Dan Calihan, Pat Feeney and Tyler Vowels of CBRE. ARCO is serving as the project’s general contractor. Completion is anticipated in the third quarter of 2027.
