Postino, the all-day restaurant and vibey wine café known for its cult-like following and shareable board culture, is joining forces with Grillo’s Pickles, the company known for changing the pickle game, for Postino’s first-ever brand collaboration. Running from September 3 – October 28 across all Postino locations, the two fan-favorite brands are serving up an exclusive limited-time menu item designed to elevate pickle obsession to a whole new level.
At the centerpiece of the partnership is Postino’s brand-new Hot Pickle Dip. Crafted with whipped Philly cream cheese, tangy labneh yogurt, garlic, fresh dill and Grillo’s pickle brine, the dip is loaded and garnished with Grillo’s signature Hot Dill Pickles. Served alongside crispy house chips and a vibrant spread of fresh vegetables, including watermelon radish, cucumbers and carrots, it delivers the ultimate balance of creamy, zesty and spicy crunch. To complete the experience, Postino’s beverage team curated distinct beverage pairings, recommending the dip alongside a glass of Mother Block Orange Wine or a draft Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing IPA.

While the Hot Pickle Dip will be coming to every Postino location, select locations (Tempe, AZ: Postino Annex, Denver, CO: Postino LoHi, Nashville: Postino 12 South, Raleigh: Postino Village District, Austin: Postino South Lamar) will celebrate the partnership with a high-energy sampling event on Saturday, October 3, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Guests visiting the participating locations can enjoy pickle sampling stations run by Postino team members, alongside exclusive, limited-edition custom collaboration stickers while supplies last. Additionally, members of the new Postino Pass digital loyalty program and the Postino Bottle Club will unlock exclusive perk redemptions and rewards for the collaboration throughout the promotional window.
