Diversified Partners, a leading Scottsdale-based commercial real estate brokerage and development firm, is advancing Destination at Gateway, a 163-acre power center development located at the new SR-24 interchange at Signal Butte Road in Mesa, Ariz., in one of Arizona’s fastest-growing corridors. The project includes two distinct components now available for lease: 24 Auto Row, a purpose-built auto mall development spanning approximately 80 acres, and an adjacent retail power center designed to serve one of the fastest-growing regions in the state.
Planned, commercially zoned and development-ready, Destination at Gateway is strategically positioned within the Southeast Valley growth corridor, surrounded by major employers, expanding residential communities and new transportation infrastructure. Off-site improvements on the east side of Signal Butte Road have been completed, while site work on the west side is underway and expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2026.
