Delivered on a 16-acre site once home to Elliot Corporate Center, the redevelopment converts a site once home to 200,000 square feet of vacant office space into an institutional-quality shallow-bay industrial development in the middle of Tempe’s I-10 Corridor submarket. Designed and built by LGE Design Build, the three buildings range from 88,773 to 103,288 square feet and feature 32-foot clear heights, positioning the industrial park to serve light manufacturing, assembly, research and development, logistics and fulfillment users.

Nexus Commerce Center offers direct access to Interstate 10 and Loop 101 via Elliot Road, with proximity to the US-60 interchange and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, giving tenants connectivity across the greater Phoenix area.
