Tri Pointe Homes announced the acquisition of approximately 99 acres within Verrado Highlands, the newest community within the award-winning Verrado planned community located in Buckeye, Arizona. Capitalized in partnership with Kennedy Lewis Investment Management and purchased from DMB White Tank, LLC for approximately $44.5 million, the acquisition is expected to bring 308 single-family homesites to one of the most desirable West Valley destinations.

Located at Highlands Park Drive near 216th Avenue, the future community will occupy one of the final residential opportunities within Verrado Highlands. Development is anticipated to begin in late 2026, with model home construction expected to start in mid-2027 and sales projected to launch during the fourth quarter of 2027.
With product planning currently underway and subject to change, Tri Pointe Homes anticipates offering a collection of single- and two-story homes across 45-, 50-, and 60-foot homesites. Preliminary plans include residences ranging from approximately 1,856 to 3,419 square feet with 4 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 4 bathrooms, and 2- to 3-bay garages. Many homesites are planned to back to open space, while others are anticipated to feature added lot depth designed to enhance privacy and outdoor living.
