Designed by MONOGRAM at BBGM, the reimagined Living Room draws inspiration from the natural rhythm of the surrounding Sonoran Desert, introducing a bold yet refined design narrative that transitions seamlessly from daytime productivity and lounge to an elevated nightlife destination. The renovation is expected to be completed in late spring 2026.

The forthcoming transformation of the Living Room is guided by the concept of movement, designed to support connection at every hour while reflecting the natural progression from sunlight to afterglow and mirroring the guest journey from day to evening. By day, the space will offer an inviting atmosphere for leisure and business travelers, shaped by enhanced natural light and intentional illumination that supports productivity without sacrificing ambiance. As the sun sets, the tone gradually shifts into a warm desert glow, creating intimacy, depth, and a layered nighttime atmosphere.
This evolution also introduces a new era of programming that welcomes guests into the city’s soundtrack, transitioning from energizing daytime brews to electrified nights with live artists, DJs, and creative pop-ups.
