Three Thirty Three, the massive Asian-inspired fine-dining restaurant that resides on the border of Tempe and Scottsdale, has announced the opening of its newest dining concept, IX Sushi. The restaurant will open on Tuesday, March 31.
While IX Sushi and Three Thirty Three are together under one roof, they are entirely independent restaurants, offering distinct menus that do not cross over. Guests can expect the same elevated atmosphere and excellent customer service at IX Sushi as they receive at Three Thirty Three.
IX Sushi will focus on upscale sushi and signature cocktail offerings, in addition to a comprehensive menu of appetizers and entrees. Diners can enjoy a wide array of sushi including tuna, yellowtail, white fish, salmon fish and egg, shellfish, and cooked and seared selections, along with sashimi, and hand-roll and cut-roll pieces. Guests can round out their meal with fresh, decadent starters and entrees such as Spicy Salmon Crispy Rice, A5 Wagyu and Caviar Toast, Lobster Roll, Miso Black Cod, Hamachi Collar, Blue Fin Tuna Bowl and more.
Signature cocktails are designed to be a feast for the eyes before guests even take their first sip. Examples include Here Comes the Sun featuring orange-infused Etsu gin, dry Curacao, clarified orange juice, yuzu and orange oleo; Shiso Wineberry Smash made with shiso-infused Toki, wineberry marmalade, yuzu juice and shiso; Sakura Bomb with sakura-infused sake, lychee, yuzu juice and St. Germain; and many more.
