DSV, one of the world’s leading freight forwarders, will break ground on a new 950,000-square-foot regional headquarters in Mesa, representing a $14.5 million investment to support Arizona’s rapidly growing semiconductor ecosystem. The facility, scheduled for completion in early 2027, will serve as a major hub for DSV’s semiconductor customers and will house multiple company divisions with capacity for up to 160 employees.

Located near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and major transportation corridors, the new facility is designed to deliver highly specialized logistics solutions across air, sea, and road transport, inventory management, and contractor logistics. Sustainability features, including solar power integration, are incorporated to maximize operational efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

“DSV’s regional headquarters will strengthen the company’s ability to support semiconductor, consumer products, technology, and other key industries across the region,” the organization stated. “Consolidating our services under one roof allows us to provide concentrated expertise and best-in-class logistics capabilities in one of the nation’s fastest-expanding manufacturing markets.”

Local and state leaders, including Mesa Mayor Mark Freeman, Vice Mayor Scott Somers, city officials, Arizona Commerce Authority representatives, and business leaders, will be available for interviews during the event.
