Geviti, the longevity and diagnostics platform enabling clinician-designed health insights through advanced biomarker analysis and real-time data, announced the rollout of its new Lite and Plus membership options and their availability in 47 states. Lite and Plus both provide members with access to Geviti’s high-fidelity diagnostics and data infrastructure without direct visits with the clinical team, while “Plus” additionally includes support from Longevity Specialists for lifestyle coaching and supplement recommendations. Together, these membership expansions represent a major step in the company’s effort to standardize proactive, evidence-based longevity care at national scale.

The new membership tier is engineered to reduce the cost barrier to high-fidelity longevity diagnostics while maintaining Geviti’s core data architecture and clinician-driven model. Members gain access to comprehensive biomarker panels, medical interpretation, and protocol deployment through the same testing and analysis backbone used across the platform. By aligning the new tier with Geviti’s existing operating infrastructure, the company ensures consistency in data quality, analytical precision, throughput, and follow-up protocols as it expands its intake capacity.

“We built Geviti for people who want real answers about their health, not guesswork,” said Nathan Graville, Co-Founder and CEO of Geviti. “Expanding access is core to our mission. These new memberships make longevity care attainable for more people while retaining the level of clinical precision our members expect.”

The company’s expansion into 47 states marks its largest regulatory and operational rollout to date. This initiative required scaling physician licensing, telehealth compliance, diagnostic routing, and draw logistics to support near-national availability. With this expanded footprint, Geviti can deliver standardized workflows, centralized biomarker processing, and unified clinical oversight to the majority of U.S. consumers. The broader reach also strengthens the company’s outcomes dataset, improving longitudinal modeling and future protocol optimization.

“This expansion allows us to meet members where they are,” said Eli Fougnies, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer. “Longevity care shouldn’t be a luxury. It should be standard.”

Alongside the membership and geographic expansion, Geviti has implemented several foundational platform improvements. The company released a redesigned website and mobile app to streamline access to health insights, protocols, and diagnostic timelines. It also developed a custom electronic medical record (EMR) system tailored to Geviti’s clinical workflows, improving turnaround times, reporting accuracy, and data interoperability across testing, clinician feedback, and member dashboards. A light brand refresh modernizes core visual elements to reflect the company’s expanded vision and platform maturity.

Together, the new membership tiers, 47-state availability, and infrastructure upgrades further Geviti’s goal of operationalizing longevity care as a scalable, data-driven service layer rather than a fragmented specialty offering. By consolidating diagnostics, analysis, and intervention within a single platform, the company is building the technical and clinical architecture required to support preventive care delivery at population scale. Additional capabilities and product releases are planned for early 2026 as the platform continues to advance measurement fidelity, analytical depth, and clinician-to-member feedback loops.
