In 2025, Mark-Taylor Companies celebrates 40 years in the multifamily housing industry, but there is one additional milestone to celebrate: Chief Financial Officer Lindsay McMahon was awarded CFO of the Year by the Arizona Chapter of Financial Executives International. The Arizona CFO of the Year Awards, presented annually by FEI Arizona, honor senior financial executives whose leadership and financial stewardship drive performance, innovation and long-term growth within their organizations.
“Lindsay has been instrumental in guiding Mark-Taylor through a period of growth and transformation, while maintaining our commitment to operational excellence and people-first culture,” said John Carlson, CEO of Mark-Taylor. “Being named CFO of the Year by FEI Arizona is not only a testament to her financial expertise, but to the integrity, collaboration and strategic insight she brings to our organization every day.”
As CFO, McMahon leads financial strategy at Mark-Taylor, overseeing accounting, payroll and financial operations across corporate, construction, and property management functions. Her expertise in enterprise resource planning and process management promotes data-driven decision making throughout the company.

The Arizona CFO of the Year honorees celebrated at FEI Arizona’s 17th Annual Arizona CFO of the Year Awards gala in Phoenix, Ariz. on November 6. The gala brings together leaders from across the state’s business community to recognize and honor outstanding CFOs from Arizona companies who are instrumental in driving business performance.
