PEG Companies, a vertically-integrated commercial real estate investment company focused on opportunistic and value-add opportunities, has announced the upcoming opening of AC Hotel Scottsdale Old Town, set to open its doors in early February 2026. Located at 7117 E. 3rd Ave., the new hotel will bring the brand’s signature European-inspired design and “Perfectly Precise” guest experience to one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
Construction on the property began in April 2024, signaling the start of a sophisticated new addition to Old Town Scottsdale’s growing hospitality scene. Designed for modern travelers who value intentional design and elevated simplicity, the hotel will offer thoughtfully curated spaces, premium amenities, and seamless access to the area’s top dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions.

Guests will enjoy a wide range of amenities, including 168 rooms—74 double queens, 71 kings, and 18 two-bedroom suites—along with a rooftop pool offering sweeping views of Old Town Scottsdale and Camelback Mountain. The hotel will feature Cieleto, a rooftop bar and restaurant developed in collaboration with Wayfaring Group, bringing the flavors of Northwest Mexico to Scottsdale, as well as the AC Lounge, which will serve shareable plates and handcrafted cocktails. Additional amenities include a 950-square-foot, 24/7 fitness center with floor-to-ceiling windows and modern equipment, flexible meeting and event spaces, valet-only parking supported by a three-story underground garage, and pet-friendly rooms for guests traveling with dogs up to 50 pounds.
In addition to managing the property, PEG Companies is a co-owner and developer. The property’s architecture and interiors were designed by Gensler and Edge ID, with Okland Construction serving as the general contractor and Doug Sydnor as consulting architect. The development also features a public art installation created in partnership with the City of Scottsdale to enhance the surrounding streetscape.

The opening will generate approximately 50 new hospitality jobs, contributing to continued growth and investment in downtown Scottsdale’s tourism economy.
