Build-to-rent communities Corsica Villas at 20th St. and Corsica Villas at Euclid Ave. are being developed concurrently. These represent the first in Arizona for Rockefeller Group, the U.S. real estate developer, owner and operator. With Mosaic as general contractor, vertical construction recently began on the 152 one- and two-bedroom townhomes that will be delivered in the next four to six months on the 16.5 total acres.
“Running these projects concurrently has allowed us to optimize our operations between sites, such as leveraging a lot of the same Trade Partners, which enables everyone to be more efficient,” says Jake Miller, managing director of operations at Mosaic, about the projects that are less than two miles apart.
