LGE Design Build, an award-winning integrated design-build firm, recently completed construction on Thunderbird Commerce Park, a 243,360-square-foot Class-A industrial building in Scottsdale Airpark developed by Creation.
Blending a refined industrial aesthetic with operational flexibility, the project is situated on an 18-acre parcel east of the southeast corner of Scottsdale and Thunderbird roads, adjacent to the Scottsdale Airport. The building is designed to accommodate tenants across diverse sectors, including aerospace, semiconductor, electric vehicle, pharmaceutical and high-end logistics.
