Milhaus and Banyan Residential held a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for Northbend, a new 310-unit luxury apartment community in north Tempe. Tempe Economic Development Director, Mike DiDomenico and representatives from the Tempe Chamber of Commerce attended the event on March 12 at 906 N Miller Rd.

As part of their commitment to Tempe, Milhaus donated $1,000 to the Tempe Community Action Agency (TCAA), which will support TCAA’s efforts to improve lives in Tempe and demonstrate Northbend’s dedication to being a positive influence in the community.

Northbend marks Milhaus’ second community built in Tempe, following Nollie, with a third one set to open soon in Phoenix.
