Local breakfast favorite Over Easy is kicking off the new year with continued expansion across the Valley. The award-winning concept announced today the opening timeline for three new locations in 2025, building on the success of its Peoria, Tempe, and Queen Creek openings last year.

After the success we saw in 2024, we’re eager to keep that momentum going and share the unique, high-energy dining experience our guests have come to love.”
Continuing to be a leader in the power breakfast category, the uniquely branded modern diner’s new locations will offer the same fresh creative made-from-scratch menu along with day-time cocktails created to provide guests a memorable dining experience seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch.
Over Easy’s upcoming locations opening include:
- Goodyear (Civic Square) – Set to open mid Q1
- N. Phoenix (I-17 & Dove Valley) – Set to open 2025
- Buckeye (I-10 & Verrado) – Set to open 2025
By the end of 2025, Over Easy will be on track to a total of 19 operating storefronts across Arizona.
The Over Easy team will hire dozens of employees at each location for full-time and part-time positions ranging from hosts and servers to managers and cooks.
