Arizona Land Consulting, the Valley’s leading, female-owned real estate consulting firm, announced today it has closed on a $20 million acquisition in Buckeye, Ariz. Located on west Southern Ave. and south Rooks Road, the 131 acres of land is zoned for industrial purposes. Equipped with a Certificate of Assured Water Supply allows this prime piece of real estate to be subdivided into multiple facilities.
“We’re pleased to announce the newest addition to our expansive portfolio of Arizona real estate assets,” said Anita Verma-Lallian, CEO and founder of Arizona Land Consulting. “Following our latest Buckeye deal, we project that the state’s industrial boom will continue its significant rise. With that in mind, this site’s additional benefit of a certificate of assured water supply is rare and ensures that it is well-suited with immense potential for manufacturing, construction, or other industrial focused business.”
This news comes on the heels of Arizona Land Consulting’s unprecedented $138 million closing, announced in August. Earlier this month, the company also revealed it had closed on 600 acres in Casa Grande, which it purchased for $40 million. Both recent acquisitions bear a similar strategic vision for the land consulting firm – a continued commitment to earning quick and lucrative returns for its investors, in addition to welcoming new industrial development and economic growth to the state of Arizona.
Considered a key component to the considerable growth in these highly sought out regions, Arizona Land Consulting has established itself as an industry leader and firm to watch.
