Rock Lobster, an award-winning sushi bar in Chandler, is turning up the heat with the launch of “Love on the Rocks” Date Night! Every Thursday night, couples, friends, and groups are invited to indulge in an unforgettable evening filled with over-the-top sushi rolls and dazzling Rockaritas.

Rock Lobster recently welcomed Executive Chef Christina Dalumpinis to the family. Born and raised in South Korea, her passion for food began in childhood when she developed a deep appreciation for culinary arts. This early interest eventually led her to specialize in sushi, mastering Japanese cuisine’s intricate techniques and flavors. At Rock Lobster, Chef Christina combines her cultural heritage with innovative approaches, creating unique and memorable dining experiences for her guests.
“Love on the Rocks” includes one appetizer, two rolls of your choice and two Rockaritas for just $25 a person ($50 per couple). Choose from a menu of 10 specialty rolls that include:

Crunchy Ahi Tuna Roll: Spicy Yellowtail and cucumber inside fried. Topped with spicy tuna on each individual piece with eel sauce and green onions.

Volcano Roll: Cream cheese, spicy Crab, shrimp tempura inside. It is topped with fresh salmon sashimi and spicy chipotle sauce.

Strawberry Butterfish Roll: Avocado, Crab mix, butterfish inside. Topped with strawberries and a sweet ponzu sauce.

Spicy Chandler: Spicy Tuna, Spicy Crab, avocado, and romaine lettuce wrapped in soy paper and topped with a spicy aioli.
