Located just outside of Phoenix and Tempe, Mesa offers the perfect combination of urban living, natural beauty, and cultural richness. Although Mesa is the third-largest city in Arizona, the city still retains a small-town charm, allowing for a tight-knit community feel. Mesa has become a key center for aerospace, education, and healthcare, with major employers like Boeing and Banner Health. Its vibrant job market is complemented by outdoor recreation, offering hiking, biking, and camping in Usery Mountain Regional Park and Tonto National Forest, as well as water activities on the nearby Salt River and lakes.
Each home at Rialta will contain Landsea Homes’ renowned High Performance Home features including smart home automation technology utilized by the Apple Home™ to make life at home healthier and more comfortable. The smart home automation features include an Apple® HomePod mini™, wireless access point, Wi-Fi enabled entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, a doorbell camera pre-wire, and smart home activation with Best Buy’s Geek Squad.
Landsea Homes is currently selling homes at Greenpointe and Rev in the Eastmark master-planned community, also in Mesa. Additionally, homes are available to purchase at Wildera in nearby Pinal County.
