Scottsdale-based Francine Restaurant, known for its beautifully crafted French Mediterranean cuisine is proud to introduce Michelin Trained Executive Chef Remy Lefebvre and his new seasonal menu for guests starting just in time for the new year.
Chef Remy, who is French-born, most recently served as the Executive Chef at AVA Mediterraegean, which was recognized in the Florida Michelin Guide. Prior to that role, Remy served as the Chef de Cuisine at the iconic Raffles Hotel Singapore and the acclaimed Restaurant Casa. With his product driven cooking, and a focus on experience and high food quality, Chef Remy brings more than 20 years of global culinary experience at Michelin Star restaurants and luxurious hotels. Having cooked extensively in the Mediterranean region, Chef Remy brings a wealth of experience to Francine with a strong focus in French Mediterranean inspired cuisine.
“Chef Remy has an exceptional resume. He’s been named one of the top chefs in Singapore and he has led the culinary teams for many of the world’s best restaurants,” said Francine Founder and Owner Laurent Halasz. “He has a big focus on sourcing his dishes locally, and uses only the most organic and seasonal ingredients. Chef Remy brings a vibrant and soulful twist to his French Mediterranean cuisine and we are extremely honored and proud to now have him leading our culinary team here at Francine.”
Halasz says diners will enjoy Chef Remy’s seasonal and contemporary creations, as well as his warm hospitality when he takes guests on a culinary journey showcasing the ‘Cuisine of the Sun’ and the flavor profiles that are often found in the French Riviera.
