Cardone Ventures, the Scottsdale-based company that teaches other companies how to 10X their business heads into 2024 announcing several key areas of growth, including vertical expansion, the need for more employees and a soon-to-be larger footprint at Scottsdale’s Promenade.
Lead by CEO and Co-Founder Brandon Dawson alongside President and Co-Founder Natalie Dawson, Cardone Ventures helps business owners achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through the growth of their business.
With a vision to create one million 10X businesses, Cardone Ventures continues its vertical growth with the launch of 10X Roofing, 10X HVAC, 10X Home Services, 10X Health, 10X Cyber, 10X Insurance, and 10X Farm and Ranch, among several others in the company’s portfolio.
“The last four years we have grown to over 150 million in revenue, with 220 employees and we plan to hire 100 additional employees in the next six to 12 months. As we continue launch additional 10X companies we will keep hitting these key milestones in the growth and expansion for Cardone Ventures,” said Brandon Dawson.
Among the focus for Cardone Ventures in 2024, building out a state-of-the-art 10,000-square-foot corporate training facility at Scottsdale’s Promenade. Cardone Ventures purchased the Promenade in 2022 and when finished the new training facility will seat 260 people. It will feature 95 feet of high-quality LED displays, a state-of-the-art audio system, a stunning meal space, and bi-folding doors that fully open out to the newly renovated courtyard.
The company is also renovating an entire floor of one building to make 30,000-square-feet of high-end office space that will feature beautiful quartz feature walls, massive touchscreen LED walls in the conference rooms, and a high-end podcast recording studio. Dawson says the plan is to eventually house more than 180 new Cardone employees within space.
“After realizing our growth and needs, we acquired an additional 30,000-square-feet of office space in same building. We currently have our entire sales team of over 60 employees in this space. However, we plan to renovate the area within the next several years to accommodate another 200 Cardone Ventures employees,” Natalie Dawson said.
In just four years, under the Dawson’s leadership, Cardone Ventures has emerged as a rapidly growing, thriving company, generating over $250 million in revenue and $75 million in earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization without any startup capital or external funding since its inception in 2019.
