Colliers in Arizona has represented Hopewell Development in signing two leases at its recently completed Cactus 101 Business Park in Peoria, AZ, a northwest suburb of Phoenix. LD Products, Inc. and Clopay Corporation have collectively taken nearly 100,000 square feet of space at the project.
“We are pleased we were able to complete transactions with two national credit companies. The property is so well situated on the Loop 101 we were able to sign leases prior to construction completion,” says Brian Gleason with Colliers of Arizona. Melissa Marks, Brian Gleason, Bonnie Halley and Danny Schuster of Colliers in Arizona are exclusive leasing agents for Cactus 101 Business Park.
LD Products, Inc. of Long Beach, CA leased 65,032 square feet at 9030 W. Cactus Rd. The company will occupy the entire building for a term of 64 months. This marks a second location in Greater Phoenix for the company, which already has operations in the East Valley. LD Products was represented by Michael White of Savills. LD Products is the largest online store for aftermarket printer ink and toner cartridges.
Clopay Corporation, Inc. of Mason, OH has leased 29,936 square feet at 9019 W. Bloomfield Rd. for a term of 62 months. The company, which was represented by Jeff Hays and Sam Rutledge of Commercial Properties, Inc., will occupy approximately 40 percent of the Bloomfield Road building. This marks Clopay’s first location in Arizona. More than 50 years old, Clopay is one of North America’s largest garage door manufacturers. The company has many distribution centers across the country.
Cactus 101 Business Park is a project of Canada-based Hopewell Development. The Class A industrial project is located on Loop 101 and Cactus Road, next to the newly constructed Northern Parkway that connects the Loop 101 and Loop 303 freeways. Cactus 101 Business Park consists of three buildings. 9030 W. Cactus Rd. with 65,032 square feet, is now fully leased by LD Products. 9019 W. Bloomfield Rd. contains 75,234 square feet and is 39.8 percent leased by Clopay Corporation. The 9025 W. Larkspur Dr. building is still fully available and offers 92,630 square feet for lease or for sale.
