The DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale announced Matthew O’Harris as executive chef of the restaurant and McKenna Beahan as general manager.

“The unique skillsets McKenna and Matthew offer will help TPC Scottsdale deliver on its mission to be the ultimate destination for all things golf, dining and sports betting in one memorable place,” said Brad Williams, general manager and regional director of operations, TPC Scottsdale. “We are pleased to welcome this talented pair to our team and know that they will deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests.”

Beahan brings more than a decade of hospitality management experience to the Sportsbook. She started her career with one of Arizona’s most acclaimed chefs, Beau Macmillan, at Elements at the Sanctuary on Camelback. From there, she managed operations for companies such as the Four Seasons Scottsdale, OB Sports and Fox Restaurant Concepts, both in Phoenix and Los Angeles.

“I’m thrilled to be joining this team and carry out the goal to provide world-class service in this beautiful new space,” said Beahan. “We look forward to welcoming the local community and visitors alike into this one-of-a-kind sportsbook experience at TPC Scottsdale.”

O’Harris is a distinguished culinary professional with an extensive history of accomplishments. Having served as the Executive Sous Chef at the JW Camelback Inn and the Phoenix Renaissance in Downtown Phoenix, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in his craft. Passionate about culinary innovation, O’Harris’ ability to seamlessly integrate local ingredients into his creations has set him apart in the industry. His culinary journey over the past 15 years is a testament to his dedication to both traditional excellence and progressive creativity.

“I am pleased to join the team and embark on this exciting journey of launching this unique venue,” O’Harris said. “Together we will create an unforgettable destination where sports enthusiasts and food lovers can come together to savor both the game and exceptional cuisine.”

The new, 13,000-square-foot flagship sportsbook sits on the edge of the TPC Scottsdale Champions Course. The beautifully-designed dining area provides an elevated experience serving American fare, and features a large central bar that opens to a spacious patio outfitted with cabanas and fire pits.

The full menu, which will be announced soon, includes a variety of sharable appetizers, such as the Elote Fritter made with DK spice, butter, cotija, lime, cilantro and DK sauce. An array of pizzas are on the menu, including the Chorizo & Corn pizza topped with Mexican Chorizo, roasted corn, Chihuahua cheese, Fresno chili, red onion and cilantro. Guests will also enjoy elevated dishes such as the Fried Chicken sandwich made with ancho chili, creamy coleslaw and pickles. Entrees include items like the Faroe Island Salmon served with charred lemon and fried capers. Guests will enjoy top-tier spirits and crafted cocktails with additional craft beer selections.

Once complete, and pending licensure and regulatory approval, the DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale will include 40 betting kiosks and seven ticket windows along with 3,400 square feet of video walls and screens showing non-stop sports coverage. To enter the wagering floor, patrons must be 21 years of age or older. The restaurant portion of the building will welcome diners of all ages.
